Client engagement is essential, and there are a few ways to keep them involved.
First off, don't confuse keeping the borrower engaged with client farming.
They're different, so make sure that the individual is engaged in the discussion – it will be more interesting than a one-sided pitch.
Also, don't hold back on the information. Make it easy for clients to find out everything they need to know, even before they contact you.
And finally, to make sure every borrower stays involved in the process, keep your engagement strategy consistent. Don't be robotic, but you should have a basic plan implemented across the board.
By approaching your relationship with the customer the right way, you will ensure that they remain engaged.
