Service Team Leader
A student of Culinary and Business studies at Johnson and Wales University, Kathleen learned how much she enjoyed being a service to others both in her community and beyond.
A member of the Equity family for four years, Kathleen currently leads the Quality Control, Scheduling, and Partner Relations teams. Those around the office describe her as patient, friendly, and always willing to help – identifying her as the perfect person for her position. Kathleen’s biggest joy is bringing teams together. Through this process she is able to continue learning and develop new processes with her teammates, all while guiding them towards success for the customer. Customer satisfaction IS Equity satisfaction.
She loves spending time traveling, experiencing new places and things with her family, and looking for moments to catch up on her reading.
