Six Sigma Certified with a B.S. in Management and Marketing from The University of Rhode Island, Corey has held several management and customer service positions prior to joining the Equity National Title team. Corey thrives under pressure and makes important decisions that have a positive impact on all stakeholders.
As the Team Leader of the Account Management Team, Corey is responsible for resolving any customer escalations so that everyone involved enjoys a good outcome. Being a team leader allows him to make sure that everyone on the team is happy and engaged. This ultimately benefits our customers since happy and engaged people provide excellent customer service.
He enjoys doing community service, playing with his dog, watching movies on Netflix and working out at the gym. He's also been known to shoot a few hoops.
